By downloading or using the application, these terms will automatically apply to you. Therefore, please make sure to read them carefully before using the application. We are providing this application for your personal use at no cost, but you must be aware that you cannot share it with anyone and are not authorized to copy or modify the application, any part of it, or our trademarks in any way. You are not authorized to attempt to extract the application's source code, and you should not try to translate the application into other languages or create derivative versions. The application itself, as well as all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Magikon Games.
Magikon Games is committed to ensuring that the application is as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge for the application or its services without making it clear to you exactly what you are paying for.
Magikon Games' applications store and process personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the application secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of the device. This can make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and cause Magikon Games' applications to malfunction or not work at all.
You should be aware that there are certain things for which Magikon Games will not be responsible. Certain functions of the application will require it to have an active internet connection. The connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by the mobile network carrier, but Magikon Games cannot be held responsible if the application does not work with all features if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or if you have no remaining data allowance.
If you are using the application outside of an area with Wi-Fi, please remember that the terms of the contract with the mobile network carrier will still apply. As a result, the mobile network carrier may charge for data costs while connecting to the application or may charge other third-party fees. When using the application, you are responsible for all such charges, including data roaming fees if you use the application outside of your home region (i.e., region or country) without disabling the data roaming option. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, please be aware that we assume you have obtained permission from the bill payer to use the application.
Similarly, Magikon Games cannot assume responsibility for how you use the application (i.e., you need to ensure that your device is charged - if the battery runs out and you cannot turn it on to use the service, Magikon Games cannot assume responsibility).
Regarding Magikon Games' liability for your use of the application, it is important to keep in mind that, although we strive to ensure that it is always up-to-date and correct, we rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can make it available to you. Magikon Games is not liable for any direct or indirect loss that you may suffer as a result of relying solely on this functionality of the application.
At some point, we may wish to update the application. Currently, the application is available for Android. System requirements (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you wish to continue using the application. Magikon Games does not guarantee that it will always update the application to make it relevant to you and/or work with the version of Android you have installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept the application updates when offered to you. We may also decide to stop providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing prior notice to you. Unless we inform you otherwise, upon terminating the use of the application, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will be terminated; (b) you must cease using the application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
